The short version: fitseven does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any of
your personal data. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.
Data we store — on your device only
- Workout history — completed workouts, minutes, and estimated calories
- Body weight — only if you choose to log it
- Preferences — your name, level, reminder time, sound and theme settings
All of this lives in local storage on your phone. It is never uploaded anywhere. Deleting the app deletes the data. You can also erase it anytime with “Start over from zero” in the app.
Apple Health (optional)
If you choose to connect Apple Health, fitseven writes your completed workouts and logged weight to the Health app on your device. This uses Apple’s HealthKit and is controlled entirely by the permissions you grant in iOS Settings. fitseven never reads or transmits your Health data to any server.
Notifications (optional)
If you enable the daily reminder, the notification is scheduled locally on your device. No notification service or server is involved.
What we don't do
- No accounts, no sign-in
- No analytics or tracking SDKs
- No ads
- No third-party data sharing of any kind
